"Treatment room didn’t feel as clean as expected"
I went in expecting a clean, relaxing treatment room, but it just didn’t really feel that way. The room seemed a bit dusty, and the towels didn’t feel as fresh as they should’ve. It’s frustrating because the standard felt like it kept shifting, you expect basic cleanliness, and then somehow you’re made to feel like that’s asking too much.

"Pretty easy to figure out"
I picked up a couple of skincare items, and the instructions were actually easy to follow. I tend to get a little unsure about when or how often to use products, but these made it fairly clear. It just made the whole thing feel a lot less confusing for me.

It took longer to arrive than I expected, but the item did show up in good condition. My main issue was that any time I asked about the delay, the responses felt kind of condescending, like I just didn’t understand how shipping works. Overall, it arrived fine, but the experience wasn’t great.

I’ve had my Art of Skincare subscription for a few months now, it’s been really easy to make changes. I needed to pause one order and swap out a product, and I was expecting it to be a whole thing, actually, it took just a couple minutes and I didn’t have to email anyone back and forth.
The account page is straightforward too. It’s not one of those confusing sites where you click around forever trying to find the right spot. Everything updated right away, and I got the reminder email like I was supposed to, which I really appreciated.

I have super picky skin, and a lot of products leave me red, itchy, or regretting my choices. No weird burning, no breakouts, and my dry patches have calmed down a lot. Shipping was totally fine too. I ended up ordering from artofskincare.com because a couple of my usual skincare products were sold out everywhere else. if a site has the stuff I already know I use, that is half the battle.
The checkout was simple, and my order didn’t get canceled afterward, which I’ve had happen on other sites and it’s always annoying. It was nice to just place the order and not have to keep checking for some follow-up issue.
Everything showed up without any strange delays, so I was happy with the experience. Next time my regular skincare items are hard to find, I’ll probably check here first because it just makes sense.
